The human body comprehensive tester is mainly used to detect two aspects of resistance, one is to detect the system resistance formed by the person and the wrist strap, and the other is to detect the system resistance formed by the person and the anti-static shoe.
Before entering the EPA area in the factory, the personnel’s anti-static wrist strap and anti-static shoes need to be measured. Only when the measurement passes are allowed to enter, but is the testing instrument itself qualified? Therefore, in order to ensure the accuracy of the test, we also need to test the human body comprehensive tester. The verification content has the following points:
1. Comparison between the output resistance of the standard resistance box and the trigger value of the sound and light alarm of the tester
2. Comparison between the output resistance of the standard resistance box and the liquid crystal display resistance of the tester
3. Comparison between the output resistance of the standard resistance box and the resistance displayed on the remote monitoring interface
To judge whether the calibration is qualified or not, it needs to be determined based on the allowable range of the tester deviation provided by the supplier. For example, the alarm measurement is 100M, and the allowable range of the tester deviation is 10%; then when the actual limit of the tester exceeds 110M or less than 90M It should be judged as unqualified.
