How to test anti-static products
Test the following indicators
Surface resistance, body resistance, ground resistance, friction charging, shield leakage voltage and static neutralization.
Static measurement instruments
(1) Static tester: a. Measure how much static electricity a product or a certain location has. b. Measure the performance of the static eliminator in removing static electricity
(2) Wrist strap tester: Measure whether the wrist strap is effective.
(3) Wrist strap online monitor: Monitor whether the wrist strap is damaged and worn properly at any time.
(4) Human body comprehensive tester: Can be used to measure whether the wrist strap and anti-static shoes are effective, and can also measure the comprehensive resistance of the human body.
(5) Surface resistance tester: Used to measure the impedance or resistance of the surface of all conductive, anti-static and static discharge products.
(6) System monitoring alarm: Can monitor whether the working water ground wire is in good contact with the earth at any time.
Develop an anti-static management system and have a dedicated person in charge. Regularly check and maintain the effectiveness of anti-static facilities.
(1) Wrist strap: Check once a day. Use wrist strap tester, wrist strap online monitor, and human body comprehensive tester for testing.
(2) Anti-static clothing: tested once a month, using a surface resistance tester and surface resistance tester.
(3) Anti-static shoes: tested once a week, using a human body comprehensive tester.
(4) Human body comprehensive resistance: tested once a day, using a human body comprehensive tester, usually tested at the entrance of the workshop.
(5) The anti-static performance of anti-static component racks, printed circuit board racks, turnover boxes, and transport vehicles should be checked every six months. Use a surface resistance tester for testing.
(6) Anti-static floors, table mats, and floor mats should be tested once every three months, using a surface resistance tester for testing.
(7) Anti-static elimination equipment should be tested once every three months, using an electrostatic tester (such as the FMX-OO3 electrostatic tester imported from Japan. Or ME268A flat-plate electrostatic tester) for testing.
(8) The grounding of anti-static products should be checked once a month. It can be tested using a grounding system monitoring alarm.
