Inspection method of antistatic cloth
Anti-static conductive fabric is woven with polyester filament and high-performance permanent conductive fiber through a special process. This fabric has excellent anti-static and dustproof performance through a special sewing process, and is widely used in electronics, medicine, biological engineering, optics , Aerospace, aviation and other industries.
The anti-static performance is excellent, and it is permanent. It is not affected at low temperatures, and the friction voltage can reach below 20V. Dustproof, breathable, washable, wearable and stable.
Scope of application: fabrics for various cleanroom dust-free clothes can be used in 10-10000 cleanrooms.
(1) Live test. When testing, it should comply with the provisions of GB 12014-89 "Anti-static Workwear" (This standard specifies the quality requirements, safety performance, inspection rules, signs and packaging, test methods, etc. of anti-static workwear)
(2) Resistance test. When measuring the point-to-point resistance, the clothing should be placed on an insulating table. The surface resistance of the insulating table must be at least 10 ^ 14 Ω, and it must be large enough to prevent any part of the clothing from contacting the experimental table.
