Installation Steps for Anti-static ESD Carts

As you all know, electronics factories, especially PCB manufacturing companies, use anti-static turnover carts for storing and transporting PCBs. So how should we install them?

1. Open the cardboard box of the anti-static turnover cart. After opening, separate the single-sided and double-sided boards. First, assemble the frame of the turnover cart (only assemble one side, otherwise the boards won't be able to be installed).

2. Place the frame on the ground, then use four round tube uprights to thread a section of the stainless steel frame through it. You'll need an Allen wrench here; otherwise, it's difficult to tighten by hand. After assembly, place the frame on the ground, with the four uprights facing upwards, to facilitate board insertion.

3. First, install the single-sided board that's closest to the ground, then install the double-sided board. Double-sided carts usually come with 2-3 grounding chains to discharge static electricity. After assembling, attach the final single-sided panel and tighten the screws with an Allen wrench. That's basically it. Wait, there are still the wheels. We can attach the wheels first; there aren't many requirements. Unlike chrome-plated wheels that need to be hammered in, our Sems turnover carts only need to be screwed on; they have internal threads.

4. After completion, adjust the distance, and you're done.

Our turnover carts can also be customized according to customer requirements, with single-sided edge binding on both sides. This makes them both aesthetically pleasing and durable. Various shapes and styles can be customized according to customer specifications.
