Protection and precautions of ion fan

Ion blowers are not used all year round. How to protect them when they are not in use? Ion blowers can be used for a long time, which is what every user is looking forward to. The following are the protective measures for ion blowers:

Protective measures of ion fan

1. Add or replace lubricating grease on the bearing from time to time according to the operating environment. In order to ensure the good lubrication of the fan during operation, the number of refueling shall not be less than 1000 hours/time. The bearing and motor bearing shall be sealed, and ZL-3 lithium shall be used for refueling. The base lubricating grease fills 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing.

2. During the operation of the fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal noise, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started. It should be shut down immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed while the fan is running.

3. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the fan is stored in the open air, measures should be taken to prevent rain. During storage and handling, the fan should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the fan.

4. It can only be operated when the wind turbine is fully political, and the same advancement must maintain sufficient power supply facilities and stable voltage. Phase loss operation is strictly prohibited, the power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply.

5. The operating environment should always be kept tidy, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris in the air inlet and outlet. Regularly eliminate dust and other debris in the fan and pipe.

Precautions for the use of ion fans

1. Ion balance test: Use an electrostatic analyzer to measure the elimination of static electricity.

22. Cleaning the transmitter: clean the transmitter's emitting point, slide or rotate the cleaning brush left and right until the tip of the plasma emission needle is cleaned, at least once a week.

33. Clean the air inlet and outlet: the air inlet net and the ionized air outlet should be cleaned to prevent blocking the air flow, and can be cleaned with a soft brush or compressed air.
