1. After entering the laboratory, you should wear gloves and then take ESD tweezers to avoid contamination.
2. Only use a clean ESD tweezers to hold the chip. Once the tweezers are dropped on the ground or touched by hands, or contaminated for other reasons, they must be cleaned before they can be used.
3. After the ESD tweezers are used, they should be placed in the prescribed places of each station. They should not be placed arbitrarily. If there are special processes for tweezers, they should be kept by themselves after use. They should not be mixed with the dice in each station in the laboratory.
4. Holding the ESD scorpion should take the "hold pen" posture to capture the chip.
5. When picking up the chip, the order should be taken from the back to the front. When it is put back into the chip, it is put back from front to back to avoid scratching the surface of the chip.
6. When picking up the chip, the "short edge" (sawed head) is placed on the front of the chip, and the "long side" (flat head) is placed on the back of the chip, and the blank part of the chip is not damaged.
7. Never expose ESD tweezers to acid tanks or D.I Water tanks.
8. ESD dice can only be used as a chip, and no other use is allowed.
