Teach you several installation steps of anti-static workbench
Our customers usually ask us some more urgent and difficult questions. I would like to say why you should take precautions and add more ESD knowledge in advance. Now I will share with you the installation steps of the anti-static workbench.
*Determine the size of the anti-static table pad according to the needs of the ESD work area. And use the alcohol in the anti-static alcohol bottle to thoroughly clean the lower surface and upper surface of the bench pad and each component.
*Lay a foil tape on the lower surface of the anti-static table pad. The aluminum foil is only allowed to overlap at the fold. Depress the knob connector from the front of the anti-static table mat, which can be replaced by other nuts, and make it pass through the table mat and foil tape to ensure good electrical contact.
*Put the prepared anti-static table mat on the work surface evenly. And according to the operator's range of activities to determine the laying area of anti-static floor mats. Place the workbench on an anti-static floor mat.
*The anti-static safety workbench is grounded, and the anti-static table mat and the anti-static floor mat are respectively connected in series with 1MΩ resistors to the grounding configuration system with a cross-sectional area of no less than 2m㎡ multi-stranded copper core flexible wire or cable. It is best to check and use it after installation.
