I. Structure and classification
Basic form: The U-shaped anti-static brush adopts a U-shaped curved handle design, and the bristles are arranged in multiple rows (such as 7 rows, 8 rows, etc.)
Size classification: It is divided into three models: large, medium and small, suitable for cleaning needs in different scenarios.
II. Material and performance
Material composition:
Brush handle: conductive PP or PA material, surface resistivity ≤10⁷Ω/□.
Bristles: conductive PA fiber, anti-static plastic wire or animal hair, surface resistivity is usually 10³-10⁹Ω/□.
Core performance:
Effectively discharge the static electricity generated during the cleaning process to the ground to avoid damage to electronic components.
High temperature and corrosion resistance (such as butanone solvent), the bristles are soft and do not damage the surface of the PCB board.
III. Application scenarios
Electronic manufacturing industry: Clean the surface dirt of PCB boards, sensitive electronic components and integrated circuits.
Packaging and dust-free environment: Suitable for areas with strict anti-static requirements (such as clean workshops and clean rooms).
