Anti-static gown refers to a work clothes sewn with anti-static fabrics to prevent the accumulation of static electricity on clothing. Anti-static fabric is a fabric that is evenly mixed with conductive fibers or anti-static synthetic fibers or mixed with both during spinning.
The maintenance of the anti-static coat is not done alone. The maintenance of the anti-static coat runs through all its stages:
1. Regularly inspect the clothing. If the electrostatic performance does not meet the standard requirements, the anti-static clothing can no longer be used;
2. The inner layer of clothing should be completely covered, and no conductive objects should be exposed;
3. When wearing anti-static clothing, it should also be matched with anti-static shoes, and the ground should also be an anti-static floor with a grounding system;
4. Keep it clean, ensure anti-static performance, and clean it regularly (preferably professional cleaning);
5. It is best to use neutral detergent for cleaning. The cleaning water temperature should not exceed 60 degrees during washing. Use hand washing or washing machine soft washing procedures to avoid the conductive fibers from breaking. It is best to have a corresponding test report after cleaning.
