1. Use polyester filament
Because clean clothes are worn in clean rooms, fabrics cannot become a source of dust in the clean room. This determines that ultra-clean fabrics can only be produced using chemically synthesized long fibers. However, natural staple fibers such as cotton, hemp, and silk cannot be used in super-clean cloths, although these materials can make the fabric better. Therefore, clean clothes should use polyester filaments to reduce the amount of dust generated.
2. Good dust filter
Because the dust in the cleanroom mainly comes from the indoor activities of the air and the human body that moves indoors, it is required that the dust-free cloth should have good dust-filtering properties. When the condition of the equipment is judged, the forward cleanliness is the need to limit the fine dust of the human body to the clothes in a large limit, let it pass through the fabric into the air, and this requires a higher dust-collecting rate of the cloth. . Since the advance filter dust rate is based on the premise of sacrificing the breathability of the fabric, knitted fabrics and weaving fabrics that are relatively loose are not suitable for use in clean rooms.
