Anti-static loading and unloading rack
The anti-static SMT upper and lower bins are made of electrostatic protection materials, which can quickly and effectively dissipate the electrostatic charge on the surface or volume of the material, and provide equipotential protection for electrostatic discharge sensitive components. The loading and unloading rack is composed of four uprights, two side plates (1 movable plate, 1 fixed), and several screws and gaskets.
The bottom plate is made of galvanized sheet, and the posts and inserts are made of aluminum alloy, which is beautiful and durable.
The slot plate uses anti-static BMC material, which has anti-static performance, and will not lose its anti-static performance due to changes in time, environment, and temperature. The product material is PPE or conductive impact-resistant polystyrene.
Slot board specifications: 355*100; 460*100, 535*100.
Carrying board quantity: 50 pieces/piece.
Use screws to fasten the SMT loading and unloading rack when entering the oven; the gear adjustment SMT loading and unloading rack cannot be used in the oven.
3. Product features:
1. Color and appearance: The material is black, the surface is smooth and flat, without cracks and bubbles.
2. Mechanical properties:
A bottom plate can bear 20-25KG of gravity without deformation or damage. The plastic side plate meets the GJB3007-97 test standard.
B is sturdy and durable, high strength, suitable for PCB products of different sizes, the column will not be deformed when the finished product is fully loaded.
C. The electroplating part will not change color within 15 minutes after the salt test, and the use period can be guaranteed to exceed 12 months.
