The anti-static products produced by our company meet the national standards, please rest assured to buy.

1. Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements and test requirements, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and use of anti-static shoes and conductive shoes.
This standard applies to all kinds of shoes with anti-static and conductive properties.
Two, reference
The clauses contained in the following standards constitute standard clauses by quoting in this standard. At the time of publication, the editions indicated were valid. All standards will be revised, and all parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the new versions of the following standards*.
GB 2829 Periodic Inspection Attribute Sampling Procedure and Sampling Table (applicable to the inspection of the stability of the production process)
HG/T 2495 labor shoes
QB 1002 ~ 1005 leather shoes
Three, product classification
A. Anti-static shoes: anti-static leather shoes, anti-static cloth rubber-soled shoes;
B. Conductive shoes: conductive leather shoes, conductive cloth rubber-soled shoes
4. Technical requirements and test methods
4.1 Electrical performance
4.1.1 Anti-static shoes are tested according to this standard, and the resistance value range is: 100KΩ~1000MΩ.
4.1.2 Conductive shoes are tested according to this standard, and the resistance value is not more than 100KΩ
4.2 Physical and mechanical properties
4.2.1 Anti-static leather shoes and conductive leather shoes should comply with QB 1002~1005 regulations.
4.2.1 Anti-static cloth-covered rubber-soled shoes and conductive cloth-covered rubber-soled shoes should comply with HG/T 2495 regulations.
Five, inspection rules
5.1 Factory inspection
The quality inspection department of the manufacturer is responsible for inspecting the electrical properties of the shoes one by one, and they can leave the factory only if they meet the requirements of 4.1.1 or 4.1.2 of this standard.
5.2 Type inspection
5.2.1 Type inspection conditions, type inspection should be carried out when one of the following conditions exists
① Trial-making type appraisal of new products or product transfer to factory production;
②During the production process, such as structure, material], the process has a major change that may affect the product performance;
③Periodic inspection every six months for normal production
④ When the product is stopped for more than 6 months and resumes production;
⑤When there is a big difference between the result of the factory inspection and the result of the last type inspection;
⑥ When the national quality supervision agency puts forward a requirement for type inspection.
5.2.2 Type inspection items
5.2.2.1 Type inspection items of anti-static leather shoes and conductive leather shoes
① Electrical performance; ② Outsole folding resistance; ③ Outsole wear resistance; ④ Peel strength of finished shoes; ⑤ Outsole rubber sole hard bottom (Shore A)
5.2.2.2 Type inspection items of anti-static cloth rubber-soled shoes and conductive cloth rubber-soled shoes:
① Electrical performance; ② Adhesion strength between the strip and the upper surface; ③ Outsole rubber tensile strength; ④ Outsole rubber elongation at break; ⑤ Outsole abrasion reduction; ⑥ Outsole rubber hardness degree (Shore A )
5.2.2.3 Sampling plan
The quality inspection department will randomly sample from the qualified batches of the manufacturer according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB 2829. Discrimination level, unqualified classification, unqualified quality level and determination group, anti-static leather shoes and conductive leather shoes require inspection
Sixth, marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 The logo should include the following basic content (on the outsole, insole or upper of the shoe)
A. Logo "Anti-static" or "conductive" on the sole of the shoe
B. The standard code should have the "GB 4385" standard code;
C. Seal of qualified inspection;
D. Trademark
E, shoe size
6.2 Anti-static shoe packaging
6.2.1 Small package
Each pair of shoes is packed in paper bags or plastic bags or cartons. The following contents should be on the bag or box:
This standard code, factory name and address, product name, mark, shoe size, trademark, instructions for use, manufacturing date and production batch number.
6.2.2 Large packaging
It is packed in a box and the seal should be firm. The following content should be on the surface of the box:
This standard code, manufacturer name and address, product name, specification, quantity, mark, trademark, manufacturing year, month and day, box number, size and volume, weight, rainwater mark.
6.3 Transportation of anti-static shoes
There must be a cover during transportation, and it is strictly forbidden to put acids, alkalis or other corrosive materials together.
6.4 Storage of anti-static shoes
6.4.1 Place
Should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse to prevent mildew. Stacked more than 0.2M away from the ground and walls, and 1M away from all heating elements. Avoid contact with oil, acid, alkali or other corrosive materials.
6.4.2 Term
Calculated from the date of production, products older than 18 months should be inspected in accordance with 5.2 of this standard, and they can be sold and used only if they meet the specified requirements.
Seven, the use of anti-static shoes
A. When wearing anti-static shoes and conductive shoes, wear thick insulating woolen socks and insulating insoles. The place where anti-static shoes are used should be anti-static ground, and the place where conductive shoes are used should be conductive ground.
B. In the process of wearing, generally no more than 200H should be tested for resistance once.
