Detection of anti-static tape

1. Point-to-point resistance and system resistance test

The temperature and humidity conditions during the test are: temperature: 23 ± 3 C, relative humidity: 40% -60% ± 5%.

Check whether the device under test and the electrode of the megohmmeter are clean. If necessary, use a soft cloth with 70% isopropyl alcohol for cleaning.

Place the sample to be tested on the insulating plate, and then insert the mini electrode of the megohm meter into the jack of the megohm meter according to the color.

Press the mini electrode evenly to half, and record the 10V file of the megohm meter for testing. If the reading is <1.0 × 10 ^ 7 ohm, use this file to continue the test. If the reading is> 1.0 × 10 ^ 7 ohm, use 100V File for testing. Wait for the reading to stabilize to complete the test. Use the same steps to take multiple locations on the sample to be tested for testing.

2. Friction electrification voltage test

Use a friction motor to triboelectrically charge, and use a non-contact electrostatic voltmeter to test the triboelectric voltage. The frictional electrified friction electrode is cylindrical, with a diameter of 50mm to 60mm, a weight of 1kg, a volume resistance greater than 1 × 10 ^ 13 ohm, and wrapped with a high-insulation nylon cloth (surface resistance not less than 1 × 10 ^ 13 ohm) to increase friction coefficient. During the test, the friction starting motor is started to make the friction electrode rub against the measured object. The unidirectional friction stops 20 times (time 20s), and the non-contact electrostatic voltmeter is used to test the electrification voltage of the friction track within 10s. (Line standard SJT 10694-2006)

Take a sample of sufficient length to be flat on the insulating plate, and connect the static voltage meter ground cable to the common ground point. Turn on the static voltage meter, and first reset the static voltage meter according to the operation instructions of the meter. Place the probe of the static voltmeter close to the sample to be tested at 2cm, and read and record the reading after the reading is stable. If the static voltmeter is an infrared induction type, adjust the distance between the static voltmeter and the object to be measured, and start reading after the two infrared points are merged into one infrared point. When testing the friction static voltage, adjust the voltmeter probe to the appropriate distance according to different voltmeter types, use static gloves to rub the sample to be tested about 20 times on one side, and then read and record the maximum reading of the voltmeter.

Friction static voltage and static voltage standards: determined according to different EHA levels, level 1 <100V, level 2 <2000V.

3. Separate voltage test

Ground the grounding cable of the static voltage meter and fix the sample to be tested on the tape support frame.

Quickly tear the tape and bring the voltmeter close and fix the sample to be tested on the tape support frame.

Separation voltage standard: determined according to different EHA levels, level 1 <100V level 2 <2000V.

According to this method to test the remaining samples.

If the test is performed with a charge analyzer, first adjust the mode to "Field Meter" and remove the electrode plate. Tear off the tape to be tested and place it on the sensor, then read and record, unit KV / M.
