Why the anti-static tape seat you bought always fails to detect


Many customers always ask, why did the anti-static tape holder bought some time ago not detect anti-static after a while? It is also easy to rot. The dust falling inside pollutes the entire dust-free workshop and so on. It is a headache. Various complaints from customers and various returns! Isn't there a good quality anti-static tape holder? Did I add money? !
Strictly speaking, the anti-static adhesive tape holder for clean rooms should be produced by injection molding with a special anti-static material to achieve a permanent anti-static effect. But most of the products on the market are mainly surface coatings, which are temporary anti-static. What is coating? In fact, it is to wipe the surface with electrostatic fluid to shield the static electricity generated by the surface insulating plastic. It sounds no problem, right? However, the coating of this electrostatic fluid is temporary, and the surface coating will be destroyed after friction, and the anti-static effect will slowly disappear.
Aiming at various problems above the antistatic adhesive tape holder, Dapu Company has done the following research and improvement.
Disadvantages of the previous anti-static tape seat:
1. Surface coating treatment, anti-static life is the biggest problem.
2. The material of the anti-static tape seat is produced from recycled materials. In addition, after the surface manager, the material will be more brittle after the second damage, and it is easy to break and crack. Especially during transportation, the probability of crashing after external force collision is more than 50%.
3. The filling material inside contains sand dust, which is easy to fall out (the dust-free room is absolutely free of dust).
4. The bottom EVA sponge is ordinary sponge. After the coating treatment, although the resistance can be, the voltage will rise above 100V after friction.
In response to the above four problems of the anti-static tape holder, Dapu has made improvements.
The improvement of the anti-static tape seat produced by Dapu Company is as follows:
1. Injection molding production of anti-static raw materials. Real permanent anti-static.
2. In view of the brittleness of the material of the anti-static tape seat, our company uses new materials for injection molding and adds an appropriate proportion of toughening agent to increase the flexibility of the anti-static tape table to ensure a stable anti-static resistance value and the material is not easy Rotten, after the drop test: after 20 drops, there is no damage and cracks (test after filling, weight: 1.5KG)
3. Regarding the phenomenon of powder loss on the anti-static adhesive tape table, we made a leak-proof structure during product design. The probability of falling powder is minimized, and the bottom is made of an integral antistatic EVA adhesive pad.
4. The bottom EVA uses EVA sponge which is truly permanent antistatic, non-coated.
Another special note: the detection method of coating and electrostatic material production is very simple.
There are three small methods:
1. Clean the surface with washing water.
2. Clean the surface with alcohol.
3. Carve the surface with a knife.
If it is coated, after these three methods are processed, the test will no longer detect the anti-static effect or the effect will increase, close to the insulated lamp position, the friction voltage will definitely exceed 100V.
