Does your anti-static workbench meet the anti-static requirements?
Static electricity will have a great impact on the electronics industry, causing damage to components. Some damage caused by static electricity is difficult to distinguish for a while, resulting in quality hazards and immeasurable losses to enterprises and production. Therefore, anti-static workbenches can often be seen in electronics factories, but how to ensure that the workbench used has anti-static functions?
For example, a factory uses an ordinary workbench and just lays an anti-static mat on the workbench. In fact, this is not advisable. Although the table top meets the anti-static requirements, it cannot discharge static electricity in a timely manner. , In addition, other parts of an ordinary desk may also generate static electricity, so the entire desk must be sprayed with anti-static spray. A qualified anti-static office meets the following three points:
1. The surface resistance of the anti-static workbench must meet the anti-static requirements.

2. The surface resistance of the overall paint spray on the anti-static workbench must meet the anti-static requirements.
3. The overall grounding resistance of the anti-static workbench must meet the anti-static requirements. (Volume resistance from table top to table legs).
Test separately in this order. Only when the above tests meet the anti-static requirements can you say that you are using an anti-static table. When purchasing an anti-static workbench, be sure to ensure that the anti-static workbench produced by the supplier can meet the needs of electrostatic protection in production and reduce the scrap rate of product components.
