In fact, it is not possible to completely eliminate static electricity by wearing anti-static clothing. There may be many aspects that you have not done well.
1. Anti-static elimination equipment has not been tested as required for a long time. Some of them no longer have the function of eliminating static electricity but are still in use, such as ion blowers. The surface of the ion needle has been covered with dust and cannot produce ion wind at all. Such ions The fan has lost its function of eliminating static electricity.
2. Incorrect use of anti-static tools, such as improper use of wrist straps. The anti-static wrist strap must be in close contact with the human body. Wristbands are easily damaged, so they need to be tested every day. Good-quality wristbands can also become non-conductive because workers wear them too loosely, so the best way is to use a wristband online monitor to monitor them in real time. However, many companies do not even have wrist strap testers. An anti-static wrist strap has been used for many years but has not been tested once. This will not achieve the anti-static effect.

3. Do not wear anti-static shoes and anti-static clothing at the same time. In addition to wearing anti-static shoes, workers must also use anti-static clothing to better control static electricity on the human body. Because clothing can also bring high static electricity during the friction process of movement, especially most of the current clothing is made of chemical fiber, which can generate thousands or tens of thousands of volts of static electricity.
