How to properly clean an antistatic coat
1. The traditional anti-static coat cannot be cleaned by the traditional washing method. Of course, the ordinary washing method will contaminate it. It also weakens the function of the lab coat. So special methods must be used. Clean work clothes, from a management point of view, must also be cleaned in a clean room when cleaning.
2. Normally, the anti-static coat should be cleaned once or twice a week, but in the demanding working environment, the clothes should be cleaned once a day. Before cleaning, choose a clean room in a normal environment. Cleaning will adhere to the small particles in the air, and the more it gets dirty, the more it gets dirty.
3. Before cleaning the antistatic gown, check whether the clothing is intact. If there is any damage to the clothing, wash it after repairing. Also pay attention to whether the antistatic gown is oily. First, remove the oily dirt before washing. Do not mix and wash with other clothes, do not scrub vigorously with your hands, or use a washing machine program. This will destroy the conductive fibers in the clothes.
4. The temperature of the anti-static gown should be about 40 degrees Celsius when cleaning. Do not use chemical detergents for washing, it will cause discoloration of clothing. It is best to use neutral detergents for cleaning, and then use a soft brush or cotton cloth to scrub. Finally, rinse with plenty of water, and rinse away the remaining detergent. The cleaning time should not be too long. It should be as short as possible. Do not use bleach or organic solutions for decontamination.
