Human body electrostatic protection products: anti-static work clothes, anti-static shoes (shoe harness), wrist straps, gloves (finger cots), hats, socks.
1. Anti-static work clothes: Anti-static work clothes are made of a blend of conductive fiber and cotton, or made of carburized or conductive synthetic fiber cloth. When rubbing against other objects, the generated static electricity leaks through the contact of the conductive dimension with the human body or through the corona discharge and dissipation between the conductive fibers, thereby preventing the accumulation of static electricity.
2. Anti-static shoes (conductive shoes): The soles of the shoes are made of synthetic rubber (rubber and plastic) with conductive materials to leak the electrostatic charge carried by the ESDS device operators to the ground and prevent the accumulation of static electricity on the human body.
3. Anti-static wrist strap and foot strap: People who operate ESDS devices should use anti-static wrist strap and foot strap. The function of wrist strap and foot strap is to quickly leak the static charge of the human body to the ground. Yihang's anti-static wrist strap is composed of a buckle, a strap and a ground connection wire. The strap, the buckle and the ground connection wire have good electrical contact. In order to ensure the safety of operators, a 1MΩ resistor is usually connected in series on the connection line of the wrist strap to limit the current flowing through when the human body gets an electric shock to no more than 5 mA.
4. Protective finger cots: The finger cots used by people who operate ESDS devices are made of latex with antistatic agents to prevent the loss of ESDS devices due to unequal potential. The surface and volume resistance of the finger cot should be lower than 1×109Ω.
5. Anti-static socks: Anti-static socks are made by implanting conductive wire in the bottom material of the sock to achieve electrical contact between the human body and conductive shoes. The resistance of the sole should not be greater than 1×108Ω.
6. Working hat: The material of the hat is the same as that of work clothes. It is not only used for anti-static, but also has the function of preventing dust on the head and hair of the operator from falling off the ESDS device.
