Section 1: Working principle
Slade brand SL-040 blowing type anti-static dust removal ion wind rod has a unique high air volume air pipe that can quickly neutralize ions. The hard aluminum shell wraps the ion needle, which is beautiful and durable. It is widely used in precision electronic products, electronic assembly lines, spraying equipment, printing and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries to remove static electricity and dust. The ion action distance can reach one meter. The SL-040 ion wind aluminum rod must be used with the SL-009 power ion supply.
Section 2: Product Features
The SL-009 high-voltage generator uses a high-voltage transformer to boost the power frequency voltage to the required voltage for use in different static elimination products. Considering safety issues, the maximum short-circuit current output by all power supply products does not exceed 5mA. The power supply voltage can be selected as 110V and 220V.

Section 3: Product Installation
The SL-040 ion rod must be used with the SL-009 high-voltage generator. Insert the end of the ion rod connecting line into the high-voltage output jack of the high-voltage generator, rotate it clockwise to the end, then connect the ground wire of the ion rod connecting line to the grounding column outside the high-voltage generator, and after confirming that the grounding is good, insert the power plug of the high-voltage generator into the socket with the ground wire (pay attention to the operating voltage of the high-voltage generator), fix the ion rod in a suitable position, turn on the power of the high-voltage generator, and it will work.
After the ion rod has been used for a period of time, dust will accumulate on the ion needle and the inner wall of the tube, and it must be cleaned regularly. Cut off the power when cleaning
