Requirements for anti-static table mats
The enclosures of fixed equipment (towers, containers, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, etc.) should be electrostatically grounded. For earth-covered equipment, static grounding is generally not required. So what are the requirements of anti-static rubber fixing equipment for electrostatic grounding?

1 The housing of fixed equipment (towers, containers, pumps, heat exchangers, filters, etc.) should be grounded statically. For earth-covered equipment, static grounding is generally not required.
1 For equipment with a diameter greater than or equal to 2.5m and a volume greater than or equal to 50m3, there should be no less than two grounding points for the anti-static pad, and the grounding points should be evenly arranged along the periphery of the equipment, and the spacing should not be greater than 30m.
2 For fixed equipment with vibration performance, the vibrating parts should be grounded with a copper core flexible stranded wire with a cross-section of not less than 6mm2, and it is strictly forbidden to use single-stranded wires. Several devices with flexible connections should be connected by copper core flexible stranded wires.
3 The grounding of the rotating object can be grounded by conductive grease or special grounding facilities (such as slip rings and brushes in a non-explosive or fire-free environment), but similar to the valve stem, the rotating part of the bearing does not need to be grounded The above connection. Conductive rubber products should be used for belts or conveyor belts that are easy to accumulate charges.
The anti-static grounding brush and protective cover of the 4-belt drive unit and its belt should be grounded.
5 For combustible dust bag-type dust collection equipment, the ground terminal of the metal wire woven into the bag body should be grounded.
6 The movable connection or sliding connection between the various parts of the equipment should keep the contact resistance value below 1000Ω.
7 The fixed device and the grounding wire or connecting wire should be connected by bolts, and the connecting terminal can be set on the side of the device, the side or the end of the metal support of the device.
