Application and instructions for anti-static shoes

Anti-static shoes are usually called static shoes and anti-static work shoes. Can be divided into two categories: anti-static shoes and anti-static slippers. The static electricity can be directed from the human body to the ground, thereby eliminating the static electricity of the human body, and at the same time effectively suppressing the dust generated by people walking in the clean room. It is suitable for clean workshops, laboratories, etc. of pharmaceutical factories, food factories, electronics factories, etc. The anti-static shoes are made of PU or PVC material, which is a dissipative material. The sole is made of anti-static non-slip material, which can not only absorb sweat and deodorize, but also achieve anti-slip and anti-static functions. It is integrally formed with the upper and then reinforced on the line. It can effectively leak static electricity and form a complete anti-static system together with anti-static clothing.

Instructions for use:

    1. Anti-static shoes are protective shoes that eliminate the static electricity of the human body and prevent electric shocks below 250V. This product is produced in accordance with the GB4385-1995 standard.

    2. It is mainly suitable for all places where there is static electricity hazard (such as petroleum, chemical, coal, printing, rubber, medical, purification, electronics, etc.)

    3. When wearing conductive shoes, you should not wear insulated woolen thick socks and insulated insoles at the same time. It is forbidden to use anti-static shoes as insulated shoes.

    4. The place where anti-static shoes are used should be an anti-static ground, and the place where conductive shoes are used should be a conductive ground to achieve a good anti-static or conductive effect.

    5. It should be used in conjunction with anti-static clothing, pay attention to the product's clean, waterproof and moisture-proof.

    6. The resistance test should be carried out once during the wearing process generally within 200 hours. If the resistance is not within the specified range, it cannot be used as anti-static leather shoes. Anti-static shoes require resistance between 100K ohm and 1000M ohm.
