The commonly used antistatic ion fan uses the principle of corona discharge. The input voltage (220V AC) is increased to 7kV ~ 10kV AC or DC high voltage by a high-voltage power generator. It acts on the ion needle and ionizes air molecules to produce a stable and stable Positive and negative ions to eliminate static electricity.

Second, the system structure of the anti-static ion fan detector

    The anti-static ion fan detector can measure the potential of a charged object and the anti-static ion fan discharge time and ion balance. It mainly includes an ion collection module, an electrostatic voltage sensor, a signal conditioning circuit, an A / D conversion circuit, a microcontroller, a high voltage generation module, a timer, an LCD display module, a serial communication circuit, and buttons.

    Ion collection module: It is completely feasible to conduct the energy meter pulse group immunity test by collecting the anti-static ion fan blowout and counting the resistance and the energy meter pulse output.

    High-voltage generation module: When measuring the parameters of the anti-static ion fan, it is necessary to apply high voltage to the electrode plate in advance.
