The Function of an Air Shower
An air shower (ESD air shower) has a stainless steel base and a high-quality cold-rolled steel body with electrostatic powder coating for a beautiful and durable appearance. The inner base is made entirely of stainless steel, making it wear-resistant and easy to clean.
An air shower is an essential purification device for personnel entering cleanrooms and dust-free workshops. It is highly versatile and can be used with all cleanrooms and clean plants. When entering the workshop, personnel must pass through this device, where powerful, clean air is sprayed onto them from all directions by rotating nozzles, effectively and quickly removing dust, hair, dandruff, and other debris attached to clothing. This reduces contamination from personnel entering and exiting the cleanroom.

The air shower's two doors are electronically interlocked, also functioning as an airlock to prevent external contamination and unpurified air from entering the clean area. This prevents personnel from bringing hair, dust, and bacteria into the workshop, achieving strict dust-free purification standards and ensuring the production of high-quality products.

The air shower room is equipped with a low-noise centrifugal fan, a pre-filter, a high-efficiency filter, and nozzles. Air inside the room, driven by the fan, passes through the pre-filter into the static pressure chamber, then through the high-efficiency filter, and finally is sprayed at high speed from the nozzles (nozzle angle adjustable), effectively blowing away dust adhering to the surface of the person or carried items. After the air shower, the air passes through the pre-filter at the return air vent and then re-enters the fan box, thus repeatedly circulating to achieve the purpose of air showering.
