The Importance of Antistatic Desk Mats to the Electronics Industry
Our company's antistatic PVC desk mats represent a breakthrough in domestic production methods, employing a conductive bottom layer instead of an antistatic one. This process ensures excellent antistatic and conductive properties. It represents the most advanced production technology in China and complies with US standards MIL-STD-1686C, MIL-HDBK-263B, and GJB1649-93 and GJB3007-97.

Features: Antistatic mats are primarily made of antistatic (conductive) and dissipative materials, such as synthetic rubber. The surface layer is approximately 0.5mm thick dissipative layer, and the bottom layer is approximately 1.5mm thick conductive layer. A 2mm double-layer composite structure is commonly used. These mats are durable, possess excellent acid, alkali, and chemical solvent resistance, and are wear-resistant and easy to clean. Conductive mats are made of high-quality conductive synthetic rubber.
Applications: Production workshops and advanced laboratories in the microelectronics industry, including electronic semiconductor devices, computers, electronic communication equipment, and integrated circuits.
Mainly used for laying mats on desktops, assembly line workbenches, shelves, and in the production of floor mats, suitable for various conditions and environments.
III. Characteristics:
It releases static electricity from the human body, ensuring a uniform potential between the human body and ESD tweezers, tools, instruments, etc., on the surface. This prevents interference from electrostatic discharge (SSD) devices, effectively buffering and preventing damage to these devices.
This product does not contain harmful substances such as sulfur (S), hydrogen monoxide (Hg), nitrogen (NH3+), or phosphorus (Pb). Softness: Soft, strong rebound, and resilient. Whether used in cold northern climates or warm southern climates, it maintains its softness and flatness (when laid on the ground, the surface remains flat without corner warping).
International Market Demand: Currently, electronics companies in Japan and Europe have increasingly higher requirements for product protection and working environments. They require flame-retardant properties in anti-static rubber flooring; this is beneficial for product protection and improving the working environment, while also enhancing factory safety (fire prevention).
