What conditions need to be met for the workbench to achieve anti-static function
Many manufacturers of workbenches used in production lines do not know how to install anti-static workbenches. The following anti-static experts will answer you how to install anti-static workbenches in six steps:
1. Wipe all parts of the anti-static workbench with an anti-static cleaning agent to keep it clean and prolong its life. Never use strong acid or alkaline cleaning agents to clean the anti-static work surface (regular cleaning).
2. Lay an anti-static table mat, and the anti-static workbench should be completely placed on the anti-static floor mat to ensure safety
3. Determine the size of the anti-static workbench according to the work needs. The measurement must be standard, too large or small will affect normal work
4. Lay foil tape, aluminum foil is only allowed to overlap at the fold. Press down the knob connector from the front of the anti-static table mat, which can be replaced with other nuts, and make it pass through the table mat and foil tape to ensure good electrical contact
5. The electrostatic grounding wire of the anti-static workbench must be laid well to avoid the inconvenience caused by the modification. After the installation, check whether the static electricity can be discharged well, and it can only be used when it meets the requirements.
6. The workbench on the production line must be properly grounded. If the workbench is not properly grounded, the anti-static effect will not be achieved.
