Why some anti-static tape holders always fail to detect
Strictly speaking, the anti-static tape holder of the clean room should be injection molded with a special anti-static material to achieve permanent anti-static effect. But most of the products sold on the market are mainly surface coatings, which are temporary anti-static. What is coating? In fact, just wipe the surface with an electrostatic liquid to shield the static electricity generated by the surface insulating plastic. It sounds fine, right? However, the coating of this electrostatic liquid is temporary, and the surface coating will be destroyed after friction, and the anti-static effect will slowly disappear.


Our company has done the following research and improvement in response to the various problems above the anti-static tape holder.
Disadvantages of the previous anti-static tape holder:
1. Surface coating treatment, anti-static life is a big problem.
2. The anti-static tape seat material is made of recycled materials. In addition, the material will be more brittle after the second damage after the surface, and it is easy to be damaged and cracked, especially during transportation, the probability of being broken by external force is more than 50%.
3. The filling material inside contains sand dust, which is easy to fall out of dust (no dust can appear in a clean room).
4. The EVA sponge at the bottom is ordinary sponge. After coating, although the resistance is OK, the voltage will exceed 100V after being rubbed.
In response to the above 4 problems of the anti-static tape seat, Dapu has made improvements.
The improvement of the anti-static tape holder produced by our company is as follows:
1. Injection production of anti-static raw materials. The real anti-static property.
2. Aiming at the problem that the material of the anti-static tape seat is easy to be brittle, our company adopts new materials for injection molding, and adds a proper proportion of toughening agent to increase the flexibility of the anti-static tape table, ensuring a stable anti-static resistance value and a difficult material. Rotten, after drop test: after 20 drops, no cracks and other phenomena (tested after filling, weight: 1.5KG)
3. Regarding the phenomenon of powder falling off the anti-static adhesive tape table, we have made a leak-like structure when designing the product. The probability of powder falling is minimized, and the bottom is made of a one-piece anti-static EVA adhesive backing.
4. The bottom EVA is made of genuine anti-static EVA sponge, non-coated.
In addition, special note: The detection method of coating and electrostatic material production is very simple.
There are three small methods:
1. Clean the surface with cleaning water.
2. Clean the surface with alcohol.
3. Scrape the surface with a knife.
If it is coated, after these three methods, the anti-static effect can no longer be detected or the effect will be increased after the test is carried out. When the position of the insulated lamp is close, the friction voltage will definitely exceed 100V.
