Are sticky dust pads more sticky?

Sticky dust pads are suitable for industries such as electronics, computer, LCD, instrumentation, optics, medical equipment, pharmaceutical, aerospace and nuclear industries.     Material: First analyze its material, the sticky floor mat is made of high-density polyethylene material and high-grade water-soluble adhesive through a special process, and each layer is attached with a high-viscosity coating. Polyethylene is odorless, non-toxic, feels like wax, has excellent low temperature resistance (minimum operating temperature can reach -70 ~ -100 ℃), good chemical stability, and can resist most acid and alkali erosion (not resistant to oxidation properties acid), insoluble in common solvents at room temperature, low water absorption, and excellent electrical insulation performance; but polyethylene is very sensitive to environmental stress (chemical and mechanical effects) and has poor heat aging resistance. The properties of polyethylene vary from variety to variety, mainly depending on the molecular structure and density.


How to use: In order to facilitate tearing and peeling during use, a page number label is attached to the corner of the sticky dust pad. When using, the label should be placed at an angle that is easy to tear off, then tear off the film on the back, stick the sticky pad on the ground to be used, and then tear off the first layer after stepping on the four sides. Note that the ground should be dry and flat, and the top layer should be torn off in time after stepping on the dirt.

    

    Some users think that the more sticky the dust pad is, the better, but this is not the case. The viscosity of the selected sticky pad depends mainly on the applicable environment and the structure of the sole. Generally speaking, sticky mats with higher viscosity should be used at the entrance between the external environment and the clean room, and low-viscosity sticky mats should be used in the buffer space between adjacent clean rooms. Because, the higher the viscosity of the sticky pad, the greater the possibility of sticking to the sole of the shoe.
