The Difference Between Antistatic TC Fabric Workwear and ESD polyester fabric

**Antistatic TC Fabric:** Antistatic TC fabric is made of conductive fibers and processed using a special technique. It possesses antistatic and fire-resistant properties. This fabric is durable, wear-resistant, soft, comfortable, moisture-wicking, and breathable. It can be processed into various high-grade antistatic cotton workwear, suitable for flammable and explosive working environments such as storage and transportation, chemical, gas, petroleum, coal mining, shipping, aerospace, and military industries.

**ESD polyester fabric:** Conductive silk fabric is an antistatic and dust-proof fabric, also called "conductive silk." It uses special polyester filaments, with Japanese Kanebo Belltron® 9R series conductive fibers woven in the warp or weft directions. Processed using a special technique, it not only has excellent antistatic properties but also effectively prevents fabric fiber shedding and the seepage of fine dust particles from fabric gaps. It is also unaffected by environmental factors (high temperature resistance) and chemically stable (washable). Suitable for cleanrooms from Class 10 to Class 10,000, it is widely used in electronics, pharmaceuticals, bioengineering, optics, aerospace, and aviation industries. (1) Conductive silk fabric: Made of long fibers, it doesn't shed easily and has very low dust generation (<10 particles/sec, 0.3µm-0.5µm), suitable for cleanrooms.

Antistatic TC fabric: Made of short fibers, it sheds easily and generates a lot of dust, unsuitable for cleanrooms.

(2) Conductive silk fabric: Poor breathability, feels hot when worn, suitable for constant temperature environments (ideally controlled at 22℃±3℃).

Antistatic TC fabric: Good breathability, comfortable to wear, suitable for normal temperature environments.
