At present, there are two main data for evaluating the performance of ion fans, one is the time for removing static electricity, and the other is the ion balance. Since most of the products on the production line can be covered by the ion wind for a short time, in order not to affect the production efficiency, the static elimination time is required to be within 3 seconds; as for the ion balance, due to the different products, the required static elimination time The industry is different. For some products with higher precision, such as LED liquid crystal screens, static electricity must be controlled within ±10V, while some packaging materials do not require high levels of this, as long as it reaches within ±50V. If the ion balance is closer to 0, the performance of the static elimination equipment is better, and the corresponding cost will also increase.
The ion fan can eliminate high-voltage static electricity above 1000V to within ±10V within 1.5 seconds, which is suitable for static elimination in all environments. At the same time, the area covered by different models is different, and the range of options is wider.
